Position Overview

As an LPN, you'll work alongside RNs and other healthcare professionals to provide direct nursing care, assist with daily patient needs, and support recovery in a structured and compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
• Assist with ADLs and ensure patient comfort
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication
• Collaborate with the care team for continuity and quality of care

Requirements

• Active Maine LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a clinical or long-term care setting
• Strong communication, time management, and patient care skills
• Must reside locally or within reasonable commuting distance
