Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) in Waterville, Maine. Start date 11/02/2026 for a 9-week travel assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12 nights (17:45:00 to 06:15:00). Weekly pay: $1,361 to $1,455 per week. Setting: long-term care (LTC) nursing home. Local candidates only.

Long-term care (LTC) nursing home
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including medication administration and treatment per physician orders.
- Conduct regular assessments and document changes in patient status; monitor vital signs and respond to alarms or changes in condition.
- Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects; manage wound care and other routine nursing tasks.
- Ensure accurate charting and documentation in the medical record; maintain compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members; participate in rounds and care planning discussions.
- Active registered nurse license in Maine (RN) or current eligibility to practice in Maine
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Ability to work night shifts (3x12) and meet guaranteed hours
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-centered care environment
- Weekly pay range: $1,361–$1,455 per week
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
- Assignment duration: 9 weeks
