Senior Technician, General Facilities Maintenance (USA) – Walmart

We are looking for a skilled Senior Technician to join our facilities maintenance team to maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets. Candidates should have experience in plumbing, electrical, or related trades and be able to respond to repair work orders and emergency calls.

$21.00/hr – $40.00/hr

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling, or other craft skills.
• Use the work order management system to receive reactive repair work orders, support store teams, and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required safety and equipment training.

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.
• Vocational or technical certification and at least 5 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or a related trade (or 7 years of experience in one of these trades).
• 1 year of experience using intermediate‑level word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights, including use of ladders.

• Completion of a 2‑year vocational or technical trade program.
• License in the related trade in the city or state where the job is located.
