Warehouse Associate, Waterville/Fairfield
Starting at $19/hour
Schedule varies between 8-12 hours, includes some nights and weekends
REQUIREMENTSJob Summary
Warehouse Associates receive, input, sort, load and unload products and perform various other warehouse tasks.
Essential Functions- Operates a lift‑truck loading & unloading trucks.
- Changing out propane tanks on lift when out of Fuel.
- Receive & select pallets for outbound.
- Track shipments using a handheld scanner.
- Process, package and ship orders accurately.
- Organize stocks and maintain inventory.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
- Organize warehouse space.
- Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
- Check, verify and fill customer invoices.
- Follows all safety requirements and regulations.
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
- Perform other responsibilities as directed.

- Proven warehouse experience
- Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
- Team player with organizational skills
- Ability to lift or move heavy products
- Reliable
- Self‑motivated

- Works well independently
- Maximum lifting/carrying 50 – 60 lbs.
- Frequent lifting/carrying 10 lbs.
