This position features a four-day workweek with weekends off and early-morning start times generally between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., depending on the route and driver preferences. Our Portland-based management team coordinates driver schedules, routes, and process improvements locally, working to build schedules that support both the operation and our team members.

Oakhurst Dairy, a subsidiary of Dairy Farmers of America, combines the strength of a farmer-owned parent company with more than a century of local history and community ties. Our compensation, paid time off, benefits, bonuses, equipment, and local support make this an opportunity worth a closer look.

  • Local daily delivery routes that depart from and return to the Waterville work location each day.
  • Home daily with no overnight routes.

  • Additional employee benefits including an employee assistance program, referral program, and tuition reimbursement.
  • Company-owned equipment with our own fleet maintenance facility and staff in Portland.
  • A continually upgraded fleet equipped with liftgates and automatic transmissions.
  • Local leadership and coordination for driver schedules, route organization, and process improvement.
  • A company with deep roots backed by strong community ties and a farmer-owned parent company.
