Valor Contracting is hiring a Construction Crew Member (General Laborer) with interest or prior experience in metal building work to assemble structural steel and pre-engineered metal buildings. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, operating lifts, and working with hand tools. Candidates should have construction site experience, be comfortable with heights and weather conditions, and demonstrate reliability and professionalism. Forklift experience is a plus.

- Work Schedule:Monday - Friday
- Work Type:Full Time, Hourly
- General labor supporting multiple trades and crews across a large jobsite
- Setting up and maintaining temporary shelters, enclosures, and heat
- Snow removal and keeping roads, laydown yards, and walkways clear
- Unloading, staging, and moving material around the site
- Operating forklift and skid steers as needed
- Misc carpentry, barricades, guardrail, and site repairs
- Site cleanup, housekeeping, and dumpster management
- Setting up and maintaining signage, fencing, and traffic control
- Supporting site logistics and material flow as directed by supervision
- Have previous experience on construction job-sites
- Have forklift operation experience (preferred, not required)
- Be familiar with hand-held tools and equipment
- Have reliable transportation to and from the job-site
- Enjoy working outside, in all weather conditions
- Be able to lift and carry 50-75 pounds
- Be able to lift, maneuver and climb varied size ladders, including 30 ft expandable ladders, and follow all ladder and roof safety compliance measures
- Be physically agile and able to work in tight spaces, extreme heights, and/or extreme temperatures
- Be responsible, accountable, dedicated, punctual, professional and dependable
