HSE Specialist​/WSER III C

We are seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to support and drive health, safety, and environmental initiatives across operations. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, and providing expert guidance on HSE programs and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company HSE standards and policies.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE programs and procedures.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Monitor workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver HSE training and promote employee engagement in safety initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report leading and lagging safety indicators.
• Provide guidance and regulatory interpretation on health, safety, and environmental matters.
• Partner with management and field teams to strengthen HSE performance and operational excellence.

• 5+ years of experience in Health, Safety & Environmental roles.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, DOT compliance, and general HSE practices.
• Experience conducting investigations, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ability to solve complex problems and provide practical recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capable of working independently and acting as a resource for less experienced team members.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional HSE certifications are a plus.
