Job Description

• Prepare and review financial statements and statutory accounts for clients.
• Manage bookkeeping and VAT submissions for a range of businesses.
• Assist clients with tax compliance and advisory matters.
• Support junior team members, providing guidance and reviewing their work.
• Ensure timely delivery of work to meet client deadlines and expectations.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss financial performance and strategies.

• Professional qualifications or part-qualifications in accounting (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in preparing financial statements and statutory accounts.
• A strong understanding of tax regulations and VAT requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Competence in using accounting software and tools.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and meeting deadlines.

• Competitive salary between £30,000 and £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
