The Service Charge Accountant will prepare and review service charge accounts for residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance.
The role requires 2+ years' service charge experience, AAT or qualified by experience, strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Salary £35,000–£50,000 DOE.
