We are solely dedicated to block and estate management, with no involvement in sales or lettings.

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site Administrator role based in Watford. The Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of residential block and estate management, including maintaining accurate records, liaising with residents and directors, coordinating with contractors, and managing schedules and communications. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.

Qualifications
  • GCSE English and Maths as a minimum
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including professional correspondence
  • Commitment to promoting a positive, helpful and friendly environment, that will ensure people are left with a great impression of JBL
  • Effective team player plus the ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent implementation/finisher skills, to see things through to the end
  • Ability to work with honesty and integrity
  • Support for the company’s commitment to equal opportunities and to promote non‑discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including leaseholders, residents, directors and contractors
  • Experience in property management, especially residential blocks and estates, is an advantage but not essential
  • A proactive attitude and excellent problem‑solving skills
  • Familiarity with property laws, regulations, and compliance is beneficial
