You will take donations, answer enquiries, send heartfelt thank‑you communications, and directly help build lasting relationships that sustain our vital care services.

• Be the friendly, professional first contact via phone, email, and in person.
• Handle supporter enquiries with empathy and enthusiasm.
• Process donations accurately and securely, including Gift Aid records.
• Create meaningful thank‑you communications, including handwritten notes.
• Support fundraising campaigns and provide administrative assistance.
• Maintain accurate supporter records in our CRM/database.
• Build strong relationships with supporters and colleagues.
• Help improve processes to deliver even better supporter care.
