West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an Apprentice Business Administrator to join the Outpatients reception team. You will greet patients in a warm, friendly manner and help them use digital self check-in and the appointment system.
You will support clinical teams by accurate data entry in the PAS/Cerner system, coordinate patient flow, signpost to the right areas, and contribute to a professional and efficient reception service.
