Salary: £40,000+ per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday

Reporting to: Regional Front of House Manager
RoleWe are recruiting a proactive and highly organised Workplace Coordinator to join the Lloyds Banking Group
- Tusker account in Watford. This is a new, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the visible, dependable go-to person for colleagues, visitors, contractors and service partners. You will own the day-to-day coordination of the workplace, helping to keep the office safe, efficient, professional and welcoming. From guest services and shared spaces to facilities queries, supplies and meeting support, you will make sure the workplace runs smoothly and every interaction reflects a high standard of service.
This role combines workplace coordination, guest services and facilities support. It does not include direct people-management responsibility, but it offers real ownership, visibility and the opportunity to make a positive difference every day.
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of the Watford office, maintaining a safe, efficient, professional and welcoming environment.
- Act as the visible point of contact for colleague, visitor and workplace queries, taking ownership through to resolution.
- Manage visitor registration, passes, mail, couriers and reception activity in line with client requirements.
- Complete floor walks, workplace inspections and service checks, reporting hazards, faults or concerns promptly.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, shared spaces, office supplies, local stock and basic AV support so they remain ready for use.
- Work closely with facilities, maintenance, cleaning, security and other service partners to resolve issues and deliver a seamless workplace experience.
- One to two years' experience in a corporate workplace, facilities, customer service, tourism or hospitality environment.
- A confident self-starter who can work independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership without waiting to be asked.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
- A practical problem solver who can identify issues quickly, follow the correct process and keep people updated.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation, workplace standards and service excellence.
- Confidence using Outlook, Word, Teams and Chrome; facilities or health and safety knowledge is an advantage, and IOSH training can be provided.
- Bring a positive "How Can I Help?" mindset to every interaction.
- Build trusted relationships with colleagues, client contacts, visitors, contractors and service partners.
- Follow health, safety, security and workplace procedures, never walking past an unsafe situation.
- Remain flexible and willing to support wider service needs or nearby client locations when reasonably required.
