We are seeking an experienced automotive professional to take on a key role within a busy franchised workshop.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Workshop Controller, Workshop Manager, or Senior/Master Technician looking to step into or progress within a leadership position.

This role is central to the success of the Aftersales department, ensuring the workshop operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality and customer care.

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the workshop
• Plan and control workflow to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Allocate work effectively across the technician team
• Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
• Support and develop technicians through guidance and technical input
• Work closely with the Service team to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Drive workshop performance, productivity, and profitability

• Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Manager, or Senior/Master Technician
• Background within a franchised dealership environment
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of workshop operations
• Confident leader with the ability to organise and motivate others
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
