Specification Manager

Specification Manager - South East

SFS is looking for a Specification Manager to drive specification growth and build strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and end users across the South East of the UK. This is your chance to join a market leader and influence major projects using our trusted Nvelope and Soter product ranges along with other SFS products.

• Generate and manage a sustainable specification pipeline, converting projects from design to invoice.
• Develop and nurture key relationships with architects, specifiers, and design‑led contractors.
• Deliver CPD presentations on industry topics like BIM, sustainability, and whole life costs.
• Work closely with technical and sales teams to ensure accurate and compliant product specifications.
• Represent SFS at industry events and support ongoing training and development initiatives.

• Proven specification experience in the Building Envelope construction market (essential).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive, organised approach with strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to deliver under pressure, manage competing priorities, and inspire through influence.
