Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Sponsor ships, the Sponsor & Exhibitor Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of sponsorship programs for BNI’s flagship Global Convention, national conferences, and other events. This role will help coordinate sponsor relationships, ensure fulfillment of sponsorship benefits, and contribute to the growth of long‑term partnerships that align with BNI’s mission and business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Global Sponsor ships in delivering high‑quality sponsorship programs for BNI Global Events.
  • Act as a key point of contact for sponsors, providing responsive communication and ensuring timely fulfilment of sponsorship commitments.
  • Assist in the development, tracking, and delivery of sponsorship proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams at BNI Global and event coordinators at national level to ensure seamless sponsor integration.
  • Assist with sponsor logistics, including branding, exhibition space, hospitality, and digital presence.
  • Maintain and update project timelines.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, reporting, and budget tracking.
  • Assist with post‑event reporting, evaluation, and feedback collection to strengthen sponsor relationships and improve future events.
  • Contribute to identifying new sponsorship opportunities and potential partners.
  • Represent BNI’s core values in all sponsor interactions.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or events (global or multi‑market experience desirable).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems and project management tools a plus.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and in a fast‑paced, international environment.
  • Willing to travel as required to support sponsor ships and business development efforts.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
