Business Development Assistant
We are an award-winning growing group of 17 dental practices dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and innovative dental solutions. Our headquarters team supports the operational and strategic success of our clinics, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence.
Role OverviewAs the Business Development Assistant, you will play a key role in driving the success of our dental group. Reporting directly to the directors, your primary responsibility will be monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) across our practices, overseeing sales performance, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities- KPI Monitoring and Reporting:
Analyse performance metrics across all practices, creating regular reports for the directors. - Sales Oversight:
Track sales trends, identify areas for improvement, and work with practice teams to implement strategies to boost performance. - Collaboration:
Work closely with clinic leads and other headquarters staff to ensure alignment with group objectives. - Trend Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide insights that support business development initiatives. - Problem Solving:
Identify challenges in performance and collaborate with teams to implement effective solutions. - Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a key point of contact between the headquarters team and clinic leads to ensure transparency and effective communication.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Effective communicator, capable of presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Proactive problem solver with a focus on driving results.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a practice development, performance analysis, or similar role.
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is desirable but not essential.
- A degree in business administration, economics, or a related field is advantageous.
Salary: £30,000.00–£32,000.00
