Overview

Senior Sales Order Processor opportunity! Location Hoddesdon – Office based. Monday – Friday 08:00–16:30.

• Managing sales orders from setup through to project completion
• Translating contracts into the ERP system, including invoicing and revenue milestones
• Triggering invoice and revenue requests in line with timelines and contract terms
• Supporting Finance with monthly revenue and budgeting accuracy
• Reviewing contracts for completeness and compliance
• Providing project reporting and analysis to Project Managers
• Maintaining complex tracking spreadsheets for multi-site or long-term projects
• Raising internal purchase order requests
• Helping to improve processes as the business continues to grow
