We want someone who understands the market, thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can build a desk from the ground up by opening new business and getting drivers out to work. This is a great opportunity for a sales driven consultant with the view to build a team under them once the desk is established.

• Proven experience as a 360 Driving Recruitment Consultant
• Strong understanding of the local driving market
• Someone with a strong understanding of figures
• Ambition, passion and career focused
• Strong understands of driver hours / laws
• Existing client relationships and the ability to grow accounts
• A proactive, self‑motivated approach to business development
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Competitive salary (£33,000–£35,000 depending on experience)
