Facilities Management Advisor UK - Fully Remote

£33,000 + Benefits

Introduction

CV Screen is recruiting for a Facilities Management Advisor to join a highly respected UK consultancy specialising in facilities management, infrastructure and public sector advisory services. This fully remote role offers a salary of up to £33,000 plus excellent benefits and presents an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded and analytical professional looking to develop a rewarding consultancy career. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support clients with facilities management strategy, contract performance and operational improvement projects.
  • Analyse service, commercial and contractual information to identify opportunities for enhanced performance.
  • Assist with procurement, mobilisation and transition activities for FM service contracts.
  • Conduct reviews, audits and benchmarking exercises to support informed decision‑making.
  • Contribute to advisory projects focused on public sector infrastructure and outsourced services.
What Experience is Required
  • An interest in facilities management, property services, contract management or consultancy.
  • Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
