Jobtailor is seeking a Business Analyst with Oracle Fusion Financial Management experience to lead workshops with Finance, People Operations, and Technology. You will capture current processes, define clear acceptance criteria, and assess cross-module impacts on ERP, HCM, Payroll and Reporting.
You will coordinate scenario-based testing with SMEs, document data flows including Chart of Accounts, and act as the bridge between business and technical teams throughout delivery.
