Managing Quantity Surveyor & Senior Quantity Surveyor

I’m working on behalf of a leading specialist data centre contractor that has experienced over a decade of sustained growth and is continuing to expand its UK presence due to a strong pipeline of large-scale, complex data centre projects.

They are now looking to appoint both a Managing Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical projects across the UK.

This is an opportunity to join a contractor operating at the forefront of the data centre sector, delivering technically complex, high-value, fast-paced projects for major global clients. The business offers long-term progression as the UK team continues to grow.

• Commercial management of a portfolio of complex, large-scale construction projects
• Full quantity surveying duties from pre-contract through to final account
• Cost planning, forecasting, reporting, and commercial risk management
• Managing client relationships and supporting senior project teams
• Leading, mentoring, and managing members of the commercial team (role dependent)

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Managing Quantity Surveyor
• Data centre experience preferred, particularly within hyperscale or mission-critical environments
• Alternatively, experience delivering complex, technically challenging projects in sectors such as life sciences, critical infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, or similar
• Strong experience managing multiple high-value projects concurrently
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
• UK or EU passport holders only
