Site Supervisor

Rate: £230 - £270 per day

Linsco are currently looking for a Site Supervisor to work for a Flooring contractor in Watford.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating all flooring contractors on site
Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
Managing snagging lists and quality control
Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion

Requirements:

Use of systems to record works progess
Valid SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid certificates
- Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
Excellent communication and organisational skills
