Responsibilities- Overseethepreparationoftheoptimisationprocessthroughtosignoff
- Brief,manageanddrivetheexternalconsultantsinthepreparationandissueofproductioninformationtoanagreedprogramme
- Preparetechnicalspecificationsinlinewithrequirementsdeterminedbythe Land Acquisitionbudgetand Technical /Sales Meetings
- Ensureallstatutoryenquiries,crossovers,sewerconnectionsaresubmittedandpursuedfortheirtimelyreturn
- Overseethe
NHBC/Building Regulationsapplicationstoapproval - Ensurethatworkingdrawingsareinaccordancewiththeapproved Planning Scheme
- Preparation of Health & Safety Plans
- Monitorandcontrolallproductioninformationincloseliaisonwiththe Development Estimatortoensuretightcostcontrolsarekeptandinformationproducedinlinewithbudgetestimates
- Overseepreparationof Brochure Plans ,Conveyance Plansand Sales Areadrawings
- Attendsiteprogressmeetingandcarryoutsiteinspections
- Attendmeetingsatvariousstagesofprojects(Technicalhand-over,Project Meeting,Optimisation,Technical/Sales,Budget Meetings,etc.)
- Generalliaisonandcoordinationbetweenotherparties,bothinternalandexternal
- Attend Subcontractorinterviews
- Respondtositequeriesandresolve Technical/Constructionitemsthatmayarise
- Developerormaincontractorexperienceessential
- Experienceofworkingonlargemulti-unitRCframeresidentialprojects
- Good/Excellenttechnicalknowledgeofbothresidentialandcommercialconstruction,togetherwithadegreeofflairfordesign
- Theexperienceortheabilitytounderstandthecomplexitiesofcomplexmixeduse Regenerationprojects
- Aworkingknowledgeof Building Regulations ,Codeforsustainable Homes,NHBC(orthe
Warranty
Providerrequired),Party Wall Awardsandassociatedlegislationconnectedwiththeconstructionindustry - Tohavegoodinterpersonalcommunication,meetingandmanagementskillsessentialindealingwithmulti-disciplinedteams
Location - Watford
Salary - £70k - £80k + Package
