Carter & Reeve Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Quantity Surveyor to join a leading nationwide multidisciplinary construction company in Watford. This role involves driving the successful delivery of projects by preparing costings, negotiating contracts and allocating work among subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveying degree (2:1 or higher) or 4+ years of experience, with a strong background in commercial fit-out and knowledge of construction disciplines and regulations. A full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK are essential.
