Skanska Building Services is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the on-site commercial team supporting a Ministry of Defence contract near Watford. Based full-time on site, you will work with the Commercial Manager to ensure strong financial performance in line with plans and forecasts.
You will lead measurement of completed works, oversee payment applications, monitor progress, resolve disputes, and maintain the financial portfolio while providing accurate reporting to drive forecasting.
