EMPONICS LIMITED seeks an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join their Watford-based commercial and operational team, specialising in painting and decorating and related refurbishment works across public, private, residential and educational sectors. You will handle tendering, estimating and measuring onsite, coordinate with direct labour and manage costings and valuations.
Experience with direct labour, schedules of rates and experience in housing/public sector projects is advantageous.
