Location:
NW London HQ | Mobile across London
Package: £50,000 – £60,000 base salary + £5,000 car / car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank hols, pension etc.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (37.5 hrs/week)

The HSE Advisor Role
As an HSE Advisor, you will be out on-site delivering practical, high-impact HSE guidance across live, complex operational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational HSE support across live sites, ensuring strict alignment with CDM regulations and UK safety legislation.
Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across the South East portfolio.
Review RAMS, risk assessments, and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).
Drive thorough incident investigations and ensure corrective action plans are embedded.
Champion a proactive safety culture through close collaboration with Project Managers, operational teams, and site leadership.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications:
Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent) and IOSH Certification.
Experience:
3+ years of practical HSE Advisor experience within a fast-paced CDM construction environment.
Mobility:
Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel daily across London.
Clearance:
Ability and willingness to undergo and pass UK Security Clearance (SC Clearance) for sensitive defence/aviation sites.
Mindset: A pragmatic communicator who thrives in live, multi-stakeholder operational settings.
