This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor looking to join a respected consultancy with an established client base across Hertfordshire, London, and the surrounding areas. What Youll Be JoiningYoull be joining an established asbestos consultancy delivering professional surveying and compliance services across a broad range of sectors. The business places a strong emphasis on technical quality, client service, and maintaining high standards across its asbestos operations.

- Carrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (R and
D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG
264 - Conducting bulk asbestos sampling across a variety of property types
- Producing accurate, detailed, and compliant asbestos survey reports
- Working across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, residential, and public sector properties
- Managing your own diary and workload effectively
- Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site representatives
- Maintaining accurate electronic survey records and documentation
- Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and company procedures
- BOHS P402 qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Strong understanding of HSG
264 and current asbestos legislation - Experience with in a UKAS:accredited consultancy is desirable
- Confident working independently in a field:based position
- Strong communication and report:writing skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, organised, and reliable approach to work
- Varied surveying workload across multiple sectors
