What You'll Be JoiningYou’ll be joining an established asbestos consultancy delivering professional surveying and compliance services across a broad range of sectors. The RoleCarrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG
264
Conducting bulk asbestos sampling across a variety of property types
Producing accurate, detailed, and compliant asbestos survey reports
Working across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, residential, and public sector properties
Managing your own diary and workload effectively
Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site representatives
Maintaining accurate electronic survey records and documentation
Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and company procedures
About YouPrevious experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
Strong understanding of HSG
264 and current asbestos legislation
Experience with in a UKAS-accredited consultancy is desirable
Confident working independently in a field-based position
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Full UK driving licence
Professional, organised, and reliable approach to work
