We are partnering with one of the UK’s most respected Tier 1 PLC house builders to find a talented Quantity Surveyor for their thriving team operating out of Watford

In this role, you won't just be managing a standard parcel. You will step into a high-impact position managing a major infrastructure site right from the starting position, taking complete commercial control of multiple parcels and overseeing the infrastructure Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR).

• Commercial Delivery: Lead subcontract procurement, handle variations, and drive efficient cash flow management.
• Cost Control: Oversee regular valuations and closely monitor material and labor costs to protect project margins.
• Diverse Construction: Manage an engaging mix of traditional build housing and innovative timber frame construction.
• Systems Management: Utilize COINS daily to manage high-level commercial reporting effectively.

• A strong background in residential surveying (essential).
• Proven experience working with a developer or main contractor on housing schemes.
• Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with the COINS system.
