We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager for a commercial project in Watford, offering long-term work for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all mechanical site activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensure mechanical installations are completed to programme and specification.
- Monitor progress, quality and health and safety compliance.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants and other trades.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial projects.
- Strong background in mechanical building services.
- Relevant trade qualifications in mechanical services.
- Valid CSCS card.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- First Aid qualification preferred.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Right to work in the UK
