• SALARY:£30,609 rising to £31,809 in April 2026

• HOURS:Full-time

• WORKING PATTERN:Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least
  three
  days per week, or
  60%of our time, at our Watford site. During the training period, we do ask new starters to be in the office 5 days a week until they are competent and fully trained.

As a New Business Engagement Executive focusing on new business enquiries, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and bringing the benefits of our employee car scheme to a wider audience. You'll be a key player in our dynamic Employee Engagement Team, responsible for proactively connecting with potential customers, guiding them through the process, and ultimately driving new business growth.
