We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative role for a Medical Device company based in Watford. The company deals in medical tools and currently looking for fluent English and Chinese speaking experienced customer service representative.
Job Requirments:- High compliance level, professionalism, adaptability, and drive are required.
- Be a proactive and upbeat person who can interact successfully with people at all levels, including patients and healthcare professionals.
- Be well‑organized, know how to prioritise well, and work independently.
- Be able to perform successfully under pressure and within the restrictions of this role's time constraints.
- Drive and desire to assist in the development of a best-in-class firm in the United Kingdom by providing exceptional customer service assistance.
