Service Advisor Location - Watford Salary - £30,000 basic  bonus, OTE 38k Working Hours - Monday - Friday,8am - 6pm, Every other Saturday 8.30am - 1pm  - 30510 Wehave a new opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our clients main dealership in Watford. Our client are part of a larger dealer group that are looking toexpand their aftersales department. This role suits a Service Advisor who islookingfor something long-term and is keen on progression.

Service Advisor Role Manage the full customer journey from booking to handover Oversee workshop loading, job progress, and workflow efficiency Handle escalations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction Identify upsell opportunities to maximise department profitability Maintain accurate records, warranty processes, and compliance Service Advisor Requirements Musthave 2 minimum years experience in a Service Advisor role within the motor trade. Full UK Driving License.
