Watford
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum plus benefits
Hybrid working available after training

Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining successful client relations.
- Maintain long‑lasting successful relationships with customers to increase retention.
- Address customer concerns and find solutions to improve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments and act as liaison for the customer.
- Inform customers about the product portfolio and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Monitor customer spending patterns and provide recommendations accordingly.
- Support client administration tasks.
- Fluent in German and Hebrew (written and spoken) – Essential.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or account management – Essential.
- Proactive, confident, and dynamic personality.
- Patient and adaptable with excellent organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- IT literate.
