Position: Tusker Order Management Advisor - 12 Month FTC

Job Title:

SOC
- Order Management Advisor – Watford (12‑month fixed‑term contract)

Responsibilities
  • Capture all orders within a 24‑hour turnaround, ensuring accurate and complete contract details.
  • Order vehicle specifications accurately, liaising with dealers.
  • Collaborate with Pricing and Data teams to secure correct manufacturer pricing, discounts and manage monthly price increases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, achieving KPIs and SLAs with first‑contact resolution.
  • Accept bespoke and ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Motivated to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; polite and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills; ability to self‑manage.
  • Experience in Office
    365, purchasing, and systems such as Ebony Dacs & Salesforce (preferred).
