Chime Housing is seeking a Customer Services Officer on a 6-month fixed-term contract, 37 hours per week, office-based in Watford. You will be the voice and face of the organisation, handling a range of enquiries by phone, email, and in person, and supporting the team to meet KPIs.
The role requires at least 2 years in Customer Service or Reception, qualifications in Customer Service, and a satisfactory DBS check.
