Together Dental is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Resourcer to join our recruitment team in Watford on a fixed-term contract from September 2026 to April 2027.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced recruitment environment and is passionate about finding great people to join our growing dental group.

As a Resourcer, you’ll support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting and engaging talented candidates across our dental practices.

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, Linked In and other recruitment channels
• Screening and engaging with prospective candidates
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
• Supporting recruitment across the Together Dental group
• Arranging interviews and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment data
• Providing an excellent candidate experience
• Supporting the wider recruitment team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organised, proactive and motivated
• Confident communicating with candidates and colleagues
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A great team player with excellent attention to detail
• Naturally confident and able to build strong relationships
• Passionate about finding the right people for the right roles
• Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is desirable, but transferable experience and the right attitude are equally important
