3D Designer – On-Site

This part-time contract role is ideal for a skilled 3D Designer seeking hands-on involvement in a dynamic project environment. Based on-site in Watford, United Kingdom, you will play a key role in supporting ongoing projects by producing high-quality concept boards, detailed drawings, visuals, and renderings. The position also involves conducting furniture searches and collaborating closely with project leads to ensure all design deliverables meet the required standards and timelines.

• Create and develop concept boards and visual presentations for interior and furniture design projects
• Produce detailed 3D drawings, models, and high-quality renderings to communicate design intent
• Conduct research and sourcing for furniture and materials as required by project specifications
• Collaborate with project leads and other team members to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines
• Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the design process

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer, preferably within interior, furniture, or architectural design sectors
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Rhino, or similar tools
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for concept board creation
• Excellent eye for detail, color, and composition in visual presentations
• Ability to conduct effective furniture and material searches, with a good understanding of current design trends
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be available to work on-site in Watford, United Kingdom, for the duration of the project
• Mid-level experience required; prior contract or freelance experience is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload across multiple projects
