Croudace Homes is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our Technical team on a 12-month fixed-term contract at the Letchworth office with regular site visits.
You will provide technical design expertise across multiple developments, produce detailed drawings, manage approvals, mentor junior colleagues, and help ensure projects are compliant, buildable and commercially successful. This role requires CIAT accreditation or progress towards it and residential house building experience.
