Humanities Teacher (Part-Time | Immediate Start | Bushey, Hertfordshire)

A vibrant and ambitious secondary school in Bushey is seeking an enthusiastic Humanities Teacher to join their team for a part-time, temporary position starting ASAP. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to teach History, Geography and RE across Key Stages 3–5, while contributing to a school that prides itself on its high standards, supportive culture, and commitment to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver engaging, well-structured Humanities lessons across KS3–KS5

• Teach History, Geography and RE; occasional Art or Science cover as needed

• Inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning

• Support students of varying abilities to reach their full potential

• Contribute to the wider school community and ongoing curriculum development

Ideal Candidate:

• QTS and experience teaching Humanities at secondary level

• Strong subject knowledge across History, Geography and RE

• Confident, adaptable, and committed to high-quality teaching

• Positive, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a thriving school environment
