Do you have experience in supporting young people? Do you want to build meaningful experience in education?

We are working with schools across Hertfordshire and are looking for Classroom mentors / Teaching Assistants to join us for role from January.

Your Role Day to Day

* Offering classroom support for pupils across year groups

* Helping students regulate, stay focused and positively engage in lessons

* Supporting teachers in creating a calm and structured learning environment

* Encouraging confidence, independence and emotional resilience
