We are working with a nurturing school in Watford seeking a skilled SEND Teacher to support pupils with a range of special educational needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible impact, helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to SEND pupils
Plan and differentiate lessons to meet individual needs
Collaborate with TAs, SENCO, and wider staff team
Track pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback
Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
We’re Looking For:

QTS or equivalent with SEND experience
Strong knowledge of differentiated teaching strategies
Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passionate about helping SEND pupils succeed
