Cover Teacher (Secondary Level)
Interaction Education are pleased to support a great school in the Watford area in their search for cover teachers, starting in January 2026.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise classes and manage student behaviour.
- Ensure students are engaged with pre-set work.
- Provide support to students, including those with additional learning needs.
- Follow school procedures for attendance, behaviour, and safeguarding.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Ensure the classroom is left tidy and equipment is properly maintained.
- Experience working with secondary‑aged students (preferred).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and flexible in a dynamic environment.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
