We are looking for an outstanding and ambitious Assistant Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team and help drive our school to new heights of excellence.

This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, inspire staff, and transform learning experiences for all students. You will work hand-in-hand with the Principal to create an inclusive, thriving school environment where achievement, innovation, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Do:

Partner with the Principal in strategic and operational leadership across the school
Lead school improvement initiatives that have real impact on teaching and learning
Inspire, motivate, and develop staff to reach their full potential
Champion high standards of behaviour, attainment, and achievement
Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and external partners
Ensure the school’s vision and values are embedded in every aspect of school life Who We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
A degree or equivalent – essential
Proven leadership experience in a school setting
Demonstrated success in improving teaching and learning outcomes
Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
