This role would suit a current or former headteacher who values collaborative leadership and flexible working.

The Governing Body of Chater Infant School is seeking to appoint an experienced Headteacher to join the school in a part-time job-share role (0.5 FTE) from September 2026. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside our current, very experienced and highly successful Headteacher, ensuring continuity and shared strategic leadership. Flexibility within the working pattern will be considered.
