Are you passionate about enhancing young people's careers? The School of Care and Science are looking for someone to join the team. This role has opportunities to be flexible, including fractional and hourly paid positions. The successful candidate will inspire our learners to achieve their full potential during their time at our Luton campus.
ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for delivering skills and knowledge to high standards. This will be achieved by preparing resources, delivering lessons, marking student work, and supporting students with their whole programme of study.
We are seeking an industry specialist to teach and embed essential skills. Learners will complete invaluable work experience placements as part of their study programme, which will launch them into a career in the health and social care sector with skills and experiences that align with their chosen career path.
QualificationsApplicants should have a minimum of Level 3 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent course, and relevant vocational experience. A teaching qualification would be advantageous; however, we would offer full teacher training to the successful candidate.
The successful applicant will become part of a highly motivated team who are dedicated to raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners.
