The Role

• Provide operational leadership and support within the Learning Support department, helping to ensure that SEND provision, staffing, interventions and student support are delivered effectively and consistently.
• Work closely with the SENDCo to coordinate day-to-day operations in LS and support and promote the effective implementation of SEND provision and inclusive practice across the school.

• Qualified and enthusiastic SEND specialist with the ability to teach at all levels.
• Applications are equally welcome from experienced or newly-qualified teachers.

• Part-time hours will be considered for suitably qualified candidates.
• For a successful candidate with PGCE credits, we are able to support the completion of an MA or SEND qualification.
