Drama Teacher (KS3 & KS4)
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

About the Role
We are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Watford to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Drama Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and creative lessons that foster confidence, collaboration, and a love for the performing arts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Drama lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
  • Encourage creativity, performance skills, and critical thinking
  • Prepare students for GCSE Drama assessments and performances
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities, including school productions and clubs
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policies

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4 level
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A passion for the performing arts and student development
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
